Refund policy

The absolute vast majority of orders are delivered without a hitch, but understandably from time-to-time things go wrong and we are more than happy to try and fix things as soon as possible. This page should help you determine what's covered. In most cases, we will need to know within 30 days. 

 

The Care Box / gift was damaged in transit

If your item was severally damaged between leaving our office and arriving at your delivery address, you will receive a full refund or replacement. Please provide us with a photo so we can follow up with the courier company and you may need to return it to us so we can seek compensation from the courier. Please contact us to arrange a return. If it is just a slightly damaged, please let us know too as we want every gift to arrive perfectly.  

The item I ordered arrived faulty or didn't work as intended

Please contact us first as we may be able to help sort it otherwise we will arrange for it to be returned for testing. Your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please contact us to arrange a return.

I've changed my mind and no longer want to purchase.

As we are small business we work hard to process your order quickly but if you have just placed an order, contact us and we will assess. Contact us as quickly as you can.

I don't think the items received is what was ordered?

Please contact us to discuss what was bought for you , sometimes different items are included for a reason that was specified by the sender. If there is a mix up with the delivery which may happen, please do contact us and we will do our very best to help.
